Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how to return or exchange your order.

⏳ 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
After 30 days, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges.

📦 Return Eligibility

Your item must be:

• Unused

• In the same condition you received it

• In original packaging

• Free from pet hair

• Free from strong odors (including cigarette smoke)

Items showing wear, damage, missing parts, or odors will be declined a refund.

📝 How to Start a Return

To begin your return:

1. Email orders@frworkwearcanada.com to request a Return Form.

2. We’ll send you the Return Form and the correct return address.

3. Include the completed Return Form with your return to ensure fast processing.

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer unless we specifically instruct you to.

💰 Refunds & Restocking Fee

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We’ll email you to confirm receipt

• We’ll notify you if your refund is approved or denied

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

⚠️ Clearance Items

Clearance items are final sale and not refundable.
Only regular-priced items qualify for a refund.

🔁 Exchanges

We can replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Need a different size?

If your original order was over $150 before tax and qualified for free shipping:

• Email orders@frworkwearcanada.com to request a Return Authorization Number

• Include the size you need

If your order was under $150 before tax, we’ll refund the returned item (minus the 15% restocking fee if applicable) once it meets the refund criteria. You can then reorder the correct size at any time.

🚚 Shipping Your Return

A Return Form and Return Authorization Number (when required) must be obtained before shipping your item back.

Returns sent to the wrong address or without proper documentation may be lost, and we cannot be responsible for missing packages.

Shipping Costs

• You are responsible for return shipping costs

• Return shipping costs are non-refundable

• If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted unless your original order qualified for free shipping

If returning an item worth more than $100, consider:

• Using a tracked shipping service

• Purchasing shipping insurance
